Swim22 – for Diabetes UK

As many as 5 million people are living with diabetes in the UK right now, so, I’m swimming towards a healthier me, and a better future for people living with diabetes.

My nana had diabetes and it contributed towards her death in 1970. I am aware how changing our diet and living style can really improve our health. I am a diamond target member of SlimmingWorld and feel so much better for losing weight and appreciate the support from my fellow group members in the Saltburn 3.30 Tuesday group! We are a team and I would recommend it to anybody wanting a healthier lifestyle.
